1. Does Valley work
as intermediary / broker in purchases of equipment? No. We provide
equipment to our customers as distributors of manufacturers we work
with.
2. Does Valley work as an import / export company? No.
However we routinely do import / export for our customers located
outside the country of origin of the equipment purchased as part of our
overall support on their projects.
3. What is the warranty of the equipment provided by
Valley? The same warranty provided by the original equipment
manufacturer plus our life time support on all equipment we provide,
which includes an umbrella warranty on integrated systems.
4. What does Valley do better than anyone else in the
industry? Our multidisciplined continuous support. Given that our
main focus is on the scientific and industrial R&D and QC markets
and that we have developed a multidisciplined operation, we can provide
the most convenient, comprehensive, and constant service
to researchers anywhere.
5. Does Valley work with any manufacturer? No. Over
the years we have identified the manufacturers that systematically
provide the best, most flexible and best priced equipment and components
for scientific and industrial research projects. So, after a strict
experience-based selection process, we are always working with a wide
selection of the best high technology manufacturers in the world.
6. Does Valley provide installation and training on
equipment provided?
Yes. We provide as much literature, manuals and training as is
available. We constantly encourage customers to familiarize themselves
as much as possible with equipment and systems provided. We arrange for
at-the-factory training and provide on-site installation and training
for the more complex equipment.
7. What does Valley do that I, as a scientist, could not
do by myself? Just save you time, money and setbacks. What we have
been doing for years is to build a technical knowledge pool of expertise
and information, commercial work relationships and operational software that
allows us to perform the selection / integration / acquisition /
servicing work for you more efficiently that you would alone. |
