Our service includes support on technical, administrative and operational aspects of the selection, purchase and use of scientific equipment. The technical support side includes the design of experimental systems, integration of experimental set ups, selection of components and instruments, and documentation of proposals. The administrative support includes presentation of purchasing documentation consistent with requirements from local funding agencies, presentation of proposals for international contract bids, and delivery of equipment to the customer's laboratory premises ( this takes into account import/export work when necessary ). The operational support component includes life time support on instruments and systems we provide.
